Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead key enterprise-wide initiatives and drive strategic planning across our organization.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to conceptualize, design, and execute strategic plans based on market profiles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and strong written and oral communication skills.

In addition to these qualities, the successful candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines.

Key qualifications include:

  • Driving key enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic planning
  • Supporting senior leaders and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading and driving key strategic initiatives as part of our program management office
  • Developing business cases and strategic options based on industry insights and financial models

Candidates must possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • High pressure tolerance and timely deliverables
  • Good understanding of data management and collection, modelling and interpretation
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills)

We require:

  • Full-time MBA (preferably from a tiered business school) / CA degree
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
