Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Delivery Lead to spearhead the implementation of complex programs, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving project success from end-to-end.

About the Role

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Collaborate closely with program managers, scrum masters, and shared teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery, drive efficiency, and mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with product managers, stakeholders, and scrum masters to ensure project commitments are met and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, provide status updates, and facilitate issue resolution through constructive dialogue.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize program outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a project manager or senior program lead, preferably in large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in agile product development, big program implementations, and system integration.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills combined with excellent business acumen and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with supply chain management, logistics, and procurement processes.
  • Expertise in change management, process improvement, and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in areas such as PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
  • 5+ years of experience in large enterprise matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with J&J SDLC and other Agile methodologies.
