  • Provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role.

  • Results-oriented and people-focused approach.

  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analytics.

  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.

  • Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
