Lead a Renewable Energy Storage Team

We are seeking an exceptional technical leader to head our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) division. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution, along with leadership abilities to guide technical teams and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BESS projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Provide technical guidance on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Evaluate project feasibility studies, technical assessments, and system sizing.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with utilities, contractors, and technology providers.
  • Develop strategies for O&M (operation & maintenance), performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
