Energy Storage Systems Leader:

We are seeking a visionary professional to spearhead our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) initiative. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution, along with exceptional leadership abilities to guide technical teams and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for ESS projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Provide technical guidance on advanced battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing for optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with utilities, engineering contractors, and technology providers.
  • Design and implement lifecycle management strategies for maximum efficiency and longevity.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Stay abreast of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in ESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS (Energy Management Systems), SCADA, and controls.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
