Job Summary:

The Senior Energy Storage Engineer will design and develop cutting-edge battery-based energy storage systems. This position requires a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop detailed schematics for energy storage systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews of vendor documents and installations
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions
  • Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions
  • Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BESS
  • Strong knowledge of electrical principles, including circuit analysis and design
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
