Energy Storage Specialist

Hopewind is a multinational company that specializes in renewable energy and electric drive products.
We have 5 R&D and manufacturing bases, over 30 global service bases, and sales and service centers in various countries. Our team consists of around 2,200 employees, including more than 600 R&D engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for PCS/BESS product on-site and remotely, including debugging, maintenance, and modification work.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, guide customers to handle simple faults by themselves, and manage PCS/BESS on-site spare parts.
- Maintain customer relationships, communicate with customers, and organize feedback from them.
- Familiarize yourself with the working principle of our PCS/BESS products, study power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide training to customers.
- Adhere to departmental rules and report your work on time.
- English as the primary working language
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations
- Working experience in the energy storage industry, particularly in central PCS or BESS
