Energy Storage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical expert to lead our Battery Energy Storage Systems division. This is a critical role that requires expertise in energy storage technologies and system integration to drive innovation.
About the Role:- Design, develop, and deploy BESS projects from concept to commissioning.
- Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries, power electronics, and system integration.
- Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
- Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
- Hands-on experience with EMS, SCADA, and controls.
