Job SummaryAccount Management Consultants are primarily responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships, ensuring the effective delivery of learning solutions projects and supporting business growth within this team. They will also support with instructional design (ID) and business development (BD) functions as per business requirements in an ancillary capacity. A highly organized individual with strong communication and analytical skills will thrive in this role, especially one who can manage multiple accounts and proactively address client needs.
