Hr Planning Network is a professional and ethical recruitment firm in the industry, aiming to be a leader with customized products for clients. Headquartered in Delhi, we offer exceptional services with a team of 11-50 employees.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for our Chennai office in Tamil Nadu, India. As a key sales driver, you will help boost revenue for HR Planning Network, an IT Consulting company with a strong foothold in the industry. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- A background in the IT consulting industry is beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing B2B sales strategies
- Sales of SAAS, ERP, Software solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
- Crafting and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiating terms and closing deals
Estimated salary range: ₹500,000 - ₹750,000 per annum.
