Job Opportunity: Sales Executive

Hr Planning Network is a professional and ethical recruitment firm in the industry, aiming to be a leader with customized products for clients. Headquartered in Delhi, we offer exceptional services with a team of 11-50 employees.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for our Chennai office in Tamil Nadu, India. As a key sales driver, you will help boost revenue for HR Planning Network, an IT Consulting company with a strong foothold in the industry. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of sales experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to understand client needs and present solutions
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • A background in the IT consulting industry is beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing B2B sales strategies
  • Sales of SAAS, ERP, Software solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Crafting and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals

Estimated salary range: ₹500,000 - ₹750,000 per annum.
