Job Title: International Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the assigned geography. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Forecasts sales monthly, quarterly, and yearly, and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.

Requirements:
  • Graduate in any discipline and MBA.
  • 20-25 years' experience in Channel Development and Sales, Distribution Management.
  • Strong market knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skill.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 45 lakhs per annum.
