In this pivotal role as International Sales Growth Manager at Waaree Energies, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our global presence in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of our flexible solar panel products and their adaptability to various international markets. This involves identifying potential markets, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans for market entry and expansion. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and brand visibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to different regions. Your technical expertise will be utilized to propose unique applications and solutions that align with international clients' specific requirements and regulatory standards. Furthermore, you will present and demonstrate the benefits and features of our flexible solar panels to international clients through virtual meetings, presentations, and exhibitions. Moreover, you will monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company. Finally, you will travel internationally to attend trade shows, industry conferences, and meetings with key clients and partners.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Sales, Engineering, or a related field. A proven track record of 2-5 years in international sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries, is essential. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills will enable you to propose innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of international clients. Self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team are also required. Familiarity with international trade regulations, import/export procedures, and market entry strategies is advantageous. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and virtual communication platforms is expected. Finally, willingness to travel internationally as needed is necessary to nurture client relationships and explore new markets.
Salary and Benefits:
