Job Overview

The Regional Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the Elite Banker Channel's objectives within their respective region. This senior position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and mentor the Elite Banker Team to achieve defined goals and revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Quality recruitment of new talent and training programs to enhance the knowledge and capability of the Elite Banker Team.
  • Guiding individuals through feedback, mentorship, and enabling achievement of defined goals.
  • Maintaining productivity, achieving goal sheet objectives, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Monitoring quality of engagement, sales, and processes for the Elite Banker Team.

Key Performance Indicators:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Idea generation, preparation, and adoption of robust quality management frameworks as per industry best practices.
  • Ensuring engagement across various products, including liabilities, retail assets, onboarding parameters, wealth business, CA Business, and credit cards business.
  • Driving thrust on cross-selling initiatives.
  • Ensuring Elite Bankers earn incentives across assigned geographies.
  • Executing triggers, campaigns, and programs designed by Channel Management & Product Teams.
  • Managing cost-to-income ratio within stipulated guidelines to increase profitability.
  • Providing best-in-class customer service through portfolio customers and adhering to laid-down processes.
