  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Talent Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business success through people-related solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent management and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Partnerships: Build relationships with senior leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  2. Talent Planning: Consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans that influence lasting change in the business.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional SME teams to create useful propositions for the business in areas such as talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee connect, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards.
  4. Data-Driven Insights: Use and request data strategically – identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
  5. Succession Planning: Develop a deep understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • HR Experience: Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement & retention.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work in constraints, comfortable with ambiguity, and displays a knack for problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator, builds relationships with senior leaders and complex stakeholders to drive organizational change.
