Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across various industries.

About the Role:

  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through initial screening, personal interviews, and telephonic interviews.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assessing training needs and providing coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Cultivating a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carrying out administrative duties to support the HR function.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Involved in candidate assessment, screening, and profiling relevant profiles for respective roles.
  • Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews, and regular follow-up to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HRM required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work closely with senior teams and oversee HR functions.
  • Exposure to HR operations and talent acquisition across various industries.
  • Experience in maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and fire in the belly.
