We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues for banking and fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer first-level and second-level application support for financial institutions and fintech organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, understanding their problems and finding solutions or escalating them when necessary.
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and track resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of issues, troubleshooting methods, and solutions in our knowledge base.
  • Monitor application logs and system alerts to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Participate in regular deployments, patch releases, and production validation processes.
  • Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other interested parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in application support, preferably in the fintech, banking, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple support requests under time constraints.
  • Familiarity with incident and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and database query writing for issue analysis.
  • Exposure to ITIL practices or service management workflows.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with .NET technologies or basic knowledge.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, banking protocols, or integration interfaces.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Understanding of cloud-based applications and monitoring tools.
