Sales Director for Insulation Solutions

Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd is a pioneering company in insulation solutions, with a strong presence in India. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in sales. With 7-10 years of experience in the insulation, HVAC or building materials industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insulation, HVAC or building materials industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
