Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new properties to meet business development targets.
- Property Onboarding: Identify and onboard a minimum of 10 new properties per month across targeted locations.
- Team Management: Supervise and guide junior team members to achieve business development targets.
- Site Visits & Audits: Conduct regular property visits and audits to ensure quality standards and operational readiness.
- Investor Relations: Assist in preparing investor presentations and participate in investor meetings.
- Customer Acquisition: Achieve monthly booking targets through timely follow-up with inbound leads via phone and email.
- Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team to oversee ongoing activities across SEO, social media, performance marketing, and local promotions.
- Portal Management: Ensure timely updates and accuracy of listings on property rental and travel portals.
- Reporting: Track and report weekly progress to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, hospitality, or real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling a team and working in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable with travel for property visits.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
