We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented marketer to lead our paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing large budgets, optimizing campaigns for ROI/ROAS, and driving customer acquisition through measurable performance channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).
  • Own end-to-end campaign management: planning, budgeting, targeting, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through measurable performance metrics.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, A/B test creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure accurate tracking of spends and performance.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, or Mixpanel.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution models.
  • Comfortable managing large monthly budgets with focus on ROI/ROAS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
