Paid Marketing Campaign Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).
- Own end-to-end campaign management: planning, budgeting, targeting, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through measurable performance metrics.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, A/B test creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and performance reports to share actionable insights with leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, or Mixpanel.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
