• Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels (GoogleAds, Meta, , Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).
• Own end-to-end campaign management: planning, budgeting, targeting, execution,tracking, and reporting.
• Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through measurableperformance metrics.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance, A/B test creatives, audience segments,and landing pages to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns withbusiness goals.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure accurate tracking of spends andperformance.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify growthopportunities.
• Build dashboards and performance reports to share actionable insights withleadership.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ads, and other paidplatforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, DataStudio, or Mixpanel.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution models.
• Comfortable managing large monthly budgets with focus on ROI/ROAS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Martech/Adtech tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Apps Flyer, Adjust, etc.).
• Exposure to SEO/ASO strategies as a complementary growth channel.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, fintech, Saa S, or consumer-tech industries.
