We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Professional to lead our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid marketing, campaign optimization, and customer acquisition through measurable performance channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, budgeting, targeting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance, test creatives, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
