**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven **Marketing & Sales Graduate** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to kickstart their career in marketing and sales. You will work closely with the marketing and business development teams to support campaigns, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Help manage social media channels and content calendars
- Support in creating marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Track sales metrics and report on campaign performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; capable of managing data and reporting efficiently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Good organizational and time management skills

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Internship or project experience in marketing/sales
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
