**About GyanDhan**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute marketing campaigns**: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns using WhatsApp & Telegram groups, and events, to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
- **Automate marketing activities**: Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes based on fundamental triggers, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
- **Analyze and optimize performance**:Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
