Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong eagerness to learn, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be involved in everything from content creation and social media management to data analysis and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Monitor social media channels for engagement and community interaction.
  • Content Creation: Support the development of marketing content, including blog posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in building and sending email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Help with on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC): Support the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ad managers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Website Management: Assist with basic website updates and maintenance using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-6 months of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, internship, or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other analytics/PPC platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress) is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
