**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Monitoring the progress of key marketing projects both internally & externally,

reporting & timely communicating any lapses or red flags.

2. Making presentation decks, ranging from research, strategy, insights derivation &
campaign planning to aid the strategy & marketing team.

3. Being an integral part of the content ideation, campaign planning meetings and

contributing with out-of-the-box thinking.

4. Providing regular administrative & coordination support to the marketing and

strategy team

5. Communicating with clients as & when needed and encouraging trusting relationships

6. Support cross-team initiatives to document processes and streamline operations for the team

7. Develop and execute an impactful mix of marketing strategies and tactics with focus on demand generation, content marketing and PR strategies to create brand awareness

8. High degree of analytical rigor, strategic mindset, and business acumen, written and verbal communication skills with confidence in presenting;
**Requirements/Desired Skills**:
1. **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Experience in ideating & implementing marketing campaigns on digital as well as traditional mediums

2. **Advertising**:

- Experience in collecting & analyzing consumer behavior to identify new opportunities of advertising

3. **Daily Project Management**:

- Experience in coordinating with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create deliverables on time. Knowledge of keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

**4. Microsoft Office Suite**:
**Sectoral Knowledge**

1. **CSR Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), best practices for CSR & Marketing

2. **Public-Private Partnership**:

- A strong expertise in managing relationships, networks and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofit and civic leadership as well as program beneficiaries.

3. **Rural Marketing**:

- Prior experience in conceptualizing & executing the integrated marketing campaign to achieve the brand & business goals in the rural markets.

**4. Health -** Knowledge and experience of primary health care principles and management alongside exposure to developing marketing & branding solutions for the healthcare space.

**Professional Experience**:

- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience working in an agency or client marketing team, with (ideally) 2+ years’

experience.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
