- Assess the effectiveness of development plans and provide actionable feedback to employees.
- Support managers in developing their team members through career pathing and succession planning.
- Oversee the administration of training programs, including budget management and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workplace training and development.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and aligned with business goals.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to help them achieve their career aspirations.
- Monitor and report on training metrics to inform future program development.
