Learning & Development Manager Job Description">

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies and programs to drive individual and organizational growth.

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate developmental needs across the organization and implement targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Assess the effectiveness of development plans and provide actionable feedback to employees.
  • Support managers in developing their team members through career pathing and succession planning.
  • Oversee the administration of training programs, including budget management and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workplace training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to help them achieve their career aspirations.
  • Monitor and report on training metrics to inform future program development.
