Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, including creating search strategies, sourcing candidates, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective search strategies to identify top talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and professional associations to build a network of passive candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring that all participants are updated and informed throughout
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and analyze complex information
