Global Talent Acquisition Lead

This strategic recruitment position requires a seasoned professional to oversee the global hiring process, ensuring high-quality and timely talent acquisition outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across global geographies.
  • Source top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to global hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Operate effectively within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
  • Partner with HR and business teams to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Manage recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pipeline reporting, and overall process efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate or MBA (preferred).
  • Proven experience in global talent acquisition, including sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and offer closure.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage international stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strong process orientation and ability to work independently.
  • Willingsness to work in shifts aligning with global teams.
