Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist involves the strategic planning and execution of recruitment processes to identify, attract, and select top talent for our organization.

This position requires a strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and candidate behavior. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that meet our business objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You should be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong passion for talent acquisition.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing skills via various platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
