Talent Acquisition Specialist: A Key Role in Driving Business Success

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the company's growth and expansion. This position requires a unique blend of recruitment expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

  1. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding and integration.
  2. Your expertise will include developing effective sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  3. To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment solutions that meet or exceed business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  1. 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering domain.
  2. Proven expertise in stakeholder management, collaboration, and data analysis.
  3. Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to leverage various channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  4. Strong market mapping capabilities, enabling the identification of target companies and industries for sourcing.
  5. Demonstrated success in implementing cost-efficient, direct sourcing models to drive diversity hiring initiatives.
