Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner - Commercial

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in driving commercial business objectives through strategic talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and attract top talent that aligns with our business goals.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet commercial business needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements, providing guidance on best practices for talent attraction and selection.
  • Design and implement engaging employer branding initiatives to promote our company as an employer of choice, enhancing our visibility among potential candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize our talent acquisition processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a commercial or related field
* Proven track record of delivering successful talent acquisition projects, with a focus on quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform recruitment decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
