The Right Profile We're looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) who will be a key architect of our growth story. Reporting into senior leadership, this isn't just a recruiting role; it's a chance to co-create our talent acquisition framework, partner deeply with business leaders and external partners, and build the world-class teams across the region that will propel us forward to the next stage.
Location: Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia. We are also open to considering highly qualified candidates remotely as long as they have relevant experience in hiring in these markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Develop and execute innovative TA strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- End-to-End Ownership: Personally manage the full-cycle recruitment process for executive and senior roles across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and nurture robust pipelines for critical roles, ensuring we're always ahead of our hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers and department heads, using your expertise to guide them toward the best hiring decisions. Similarly, work alongside our recruitment partners.
- Champion the Brand: Enhance Syfe's employer brand across the region, making us a top destination for talent in the competitive fintech landscape.
- Framework Co-Creation: Partner with HR leadership to design, build, and refine scalable TA frameworks and best practices suited for our growth stage.
- A Seasoned TA Expert: You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Head of TA or in a similar role.
- Regional Scope: Proven success hiring across APAC, specifically in SG , AU and/or HK.
- Tech Scale-Up Context: Direct experience hiring for a high-growth technology company either inhouse or externally.
- Functional Partnership: A deep understanding and experience of across roles, roles especially for those around Product and Marketing.
- Fintech Acumen (Bonus): While not mandatory, experience in the fintech industry is a advantage. You understand its unique talent landscape and challenges.
- A Strategic Thinker & Doer: You're comfortable operating in a broadly defined environment where you can contribute to strategy, but you also love to roll up your sleeves and execute flawlessly.
- An Influential Communicator: You have excellent communication skills and the credibility to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders with confidence.
- A Creative Problem-Solver: You thrive on ambiguity and are skilled at finding effective solutions to the complex hiring challenges found in competitive markets.
