Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
