Job Overview:

The Technical Lead is a pivotal role that oversees the development and growth of our products. This position demands exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Foster a high-performing team culture by encouraging innovation, accountability, and open communication.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget.
  • Product Development & Growth: Drive the strategic vision of the product by collaborating with stakeholders to enhance and grow the product.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Make informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage issues as they arise to ensure minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Continuously evaluate and improve methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.
  • Technical Skills & Knowledge: Hands-on experience with NodeJS and a strong understanding of backend development.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
