  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced City Manager to spearhead our regional sales efforts and drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for building and managing strategic alliances with hospitals and doctors to increase patient referrals through our platform.">
  • The successful candidate will lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring target achievement and professional development. They will also identify new opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by understanding patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.">
  • This role requires driving awareness and adoption of our platform among hospitals and patients, enabling them to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.">
  • The City Manager will set revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.">
  • They will provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions.">
  • They will ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.">
  • The City Manager will take full ownership of the city-level profit and loss statement, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.">
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.">
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.">
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
