Job Title:

Senior Project Director

  • We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead projects across the region.
  • This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, adherence to compliance, and contributing to the industry's reputation.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects within contractual timelines, costs, and margins.
  • Strategic leadership and effective collaboration with stakeholders will play a key role in advancing the mission of sustainable and successful project execution.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, including customers, vendors, statutory bodies, local authorities, CFT teams, and culture building.
  • Responsibility includes implementing HSE, Quality, and ESG standards & policies, ensuring contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the project's Profit & Loss (P&L), margin, and on-time delivery.
  • Project Execution: Completion within budgeted cost, time, and quality parameters.
  • Contract Management: Zero Liquidated Damages (LD) and timely contractual communications.
  • Design Review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones.
  • Improving margin through cost optimization measures and exploring additional revenue opportunities.
  • Managing all ESG risks affecting project delivery.
  • Maintaining customer relations at all levels.
  • Inculcating a Safety & Quality culture - zero fatal accidents, first-time right, and minimal Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
