Project Director

We are seeking a skilled project director to oversee and manage projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

  • Lead project planning sessions, coordinate staff and internal resources, and manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff, optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary, and secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 8-11 years of project management experience, and proficiency in German.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, experience in managing medium to large projects, and excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
