Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the construction and fit-out of our new offices and related facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of site engineers and work closely with senior management to ensure timely execution of expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and obtain necessary approvals for project sites ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure design, material, and cost approvals in line with company standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in accordance with approved parameters and quality control measures.
  • Oversee civil and interior works for offices across multiple locations, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and allocate resources to construction sites, focusing on optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
  • Review progress regularly and implement best practices for interior works, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Project Management Office to track and update new store launch progress, providing regular updates to senior management as required.
