About the Role

A seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in overseeing civil construction projects is required to take on this challenging role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop resource plans based on approved schedules for assigned areas/scope of work.
  • Prepare work methods for incorporation into Project Quality Plans (PQPs).
  • Conduct construction, erection, and testing activities according to approved construction drawings and work methods, ensuring quality, EHS compliance, and timely completion.
  • Implement quality checks and maintain documented records.
  • Optimize resource utilization for desired productivity.
  • Train S/C workers on quality and EHS requirements.
  • Manage construction teams and ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design-related issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential risks.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from approved plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15 years of relevant experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the proposed position.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret bathymetry surveys and topography surveys.
  • Experience in handling marine projects using jack-up barges.
