Job Summary:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Treasury & Markets technology initiatives across global teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting for multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Govern multiple agile teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and data streams, promoting a unified vision and aligned goals.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in software delivery for BFSI (with at least 7–10 years in capital markets / treasury systems), demonstrating expertise in program execution and modernization.
  • Strong track record as Delivery Director / Head of Delivery / Program Director in Sell-side / Buy-side / Treasury tech, showcasing leadership and technical skills.
  • Deep expertise in delivery of mission-critical systems: Treasury, ALM, Risk, MM, FX, Fixed Income, Funding, or Investment Platforms, driving strategic growth and revenue.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with modernization projects: microservices, APIs, cloud-native, containers (Kubernetes/Docker), real-time data pipelines (Kafka/Pulsar), and AI-assisted engineering.
  • Solid grounding in engineering + solutioning, able to dive into delivery challenges and develop innovative solutions.
