Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

This key role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent across various business units. The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements.
  • Set and monitor key recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists to ensure high performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Conduct performance reviews and set goals for team members.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
  • Oversee the identification and selection of qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Manage the company's talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to find top-tier candidates.
Hiring Process Optimization:
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiations.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to streamline interview processes.
  • Maintain an efficient applicant tracking system to track candidate progress.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and qualifications.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HR and leadership.
Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business role, recruiter, or HR role required.
