Job Opportunity

We're looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find talented individuals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader organization.
  • Gain a sound understanding of assigned businesses to anticipate future recruitment needs and ensure sourcing strategy is aligned.
  • Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders through regular updates and accurate reporting.
  • Become a key contact point for recruitment queries/issues and act on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future activity and improve compliance.
  • Communicate process and benefits of solutions to stakeholders, including changes in process and new initiatives.
  • Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure).
  • Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting is key to this role.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
  • Experience: 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR Quick learners with excellent communication skills and zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
  • Desired Competencies: Excellent Written and Oral Communication, Strong experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles preferably in Steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space.

  • High target and delivery orientation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS), Boolean/advanced searches.
