Job Title: Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions.
About Role: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting orientation programs for new employees, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs.
- Oversee employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement.
- Develop and implement performance management processes.
- Identify training needs for employees and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
