We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to execute the Performance Management process, develop and maintain job descriptions, and coordinate the Reward & Recognition program.
Key Accountabilities:- Design programs to connect employees with business objectives.
- Consult with management to identify key business processes.
- Evaluate business initiatives to meet company goals.
- Develop methods for data analysis and management reporting.
- Implement strategic planning methodologies.
- Oversee organisational effectiveness interventions.
- Develop competency models.
- Plan and manage optimal manpower plans.
- Review roles and grade structures regularly.
- Ensure training and development needs are met.
- Master's degree in HR from a reputable institution.
- At least 10 years of related experience in Retail, Service, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Strong governance and business case development skills.
- Ability to develop advanced workforce planning capabilities.
- Improvement of employee-facing HR systems.
- High-impact focus on organisations for continuous improvement.
As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering all HR policies aligned with industry practices. You will also ensure efficient delivery of pay through robust, transparent, and legally compliant processes.
