Strategic HR Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to spearhead our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, developing compelling job descriptions, and managing end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
    • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions
    • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop targeted hiring plans
    • Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives to position our organization as a preferred place to work
  • People & Culture:
    • Cultivate a high-trust, inclusive work culture that fosters creativity and collaboration
    • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives
    • Design onboarding experiences that reflect our values and set new hires up for success
  • Performance & Growth:
    • Develop and implement performance metrics, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments
    • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives
    • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities to enhance team capabilities
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Maintain accurate HR policies and ensure legal compliance
    • Manage payroll inputs, attendance records, leaves, and employee documentation
    • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism

  • A strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws in India
