Job Title: Global Compliance Expert

The role of a Lead Regional Compliance Specialist is to oversee and manage a team of Regional Compliance Specialists who are responsible for ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies across multiple data center locations. The team will work closely with data center operations to identify potential compliance risks and implement solutions for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of Regional Compliance Specialists
  • Conduct and support audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies
  • Work closely with data center operations to identify potential compliance risks and implement solutions for improvement
  • Deliver clear and timely reports on compliance findings
  • Conduct training sessions, lead webinars, and facilitate meetings to enhance compliance awareness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both
  • 3+ years of experience managing people
  • ISO9001 or ISO 27001 certification
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly with sound judgement
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
