Key Roles

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Base Metals value chain and commercial understanding of trade. We are seeking a leader to head our trade commercials, develop risk mitigation strategies, and devise business strategies to achieve a leading position in the Indian base metal industry.

  • Heading sales and purchase transactions for our Base Metals division.
  • Developing and implementing effective risk management systems.
  • Devising business strategies to drive growth in the Indian base metal market.

Responsibilities:

Our Head of Commercial will lead a team of professionals and develop organizational infrastructure to support a phased growth journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Min. 20 years experience in base metals industry with a Bachelor's degree or Min. 10 years experience in base metals industry post Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong network of customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in hedging mechanisms across MCX, LME, and other platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
