Strategic Growth Officer

We are seeking a seasoned entrepreneur to drive strategic initiatives from concept to launch. This role is designed for someone with extensive experience in high-growth environments, looking to make a meaningful impact across multiple ventures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
  • Oversight of critical growth levers, including affiliate marketplace development and international SaaS expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to provide financial modeling and M&A assessment expertise.
  • Maintain operational excellence through OKR tracking and process audits.
  • Represent the founder in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent.
Requirements
  • Founder/Co-founder experience or equivalent leadership roles at fast-scaling startups.
  • A bias for action and ability to thrive in complex, dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, including finance and operations metrics.
  • Crisp communication skills, including drafting investor memos and strategy decks.
  • Ambitious, long-term thinker.
