Job Description:The Director of Digital Health Initiatives will spearhead the growth and expansion of our digital health services, driving commercial success while ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
This leadership role demands a business expert with international experience, preferably in the maritime or industrial sectors, who can unlock new markets, build strategic partnerships, and position our digital health offering as a trusted, client-centric solution worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy Development:
- Oversight and implementation of the commercial strategy for digital health services with full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
- Development of aggressive go-to-market plans and identification of high-value growth opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.
- Leveraging deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
- Closely collaborating with senior leadership to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.
- Leading high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
- Fostering relationships with decision-makers in large organizations, including ship owners, corporate health partners, and insurance providers.
- Representing our organization in executive meetings, global wellness forums, and industry events—positioning us as a premium, scalable wellness partner.
- Negotiating and finalizing large commercial contracts that deliver mutual value and long-term client success.
- Driving user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across our digital health platforms.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients, improve conversion paths, and scale recurring revenue models.
- Leveraging analytics and platform insights to inform pricing strategies, digital campaign ROI, and service packaging.
- Exploring and expanding eCommerce or self-serve revenue channels as an additional sales stream.
- Establishing and managing dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
- Ensuring strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Delivering clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, enabling faster decisions and resource alignment.
- Utilizing sales analytics to continuously improve conversion strategy, targeting, and territory management.
- Leads preparation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.
- Driving executive-level meetings and business reviews, clearly communicating ROI, strategic value, and implementation plans.
- Ensuring proposals are backed by strong business cases and align with our operational strengths and delivery capabilities.
- Presents regularly to internal leadership on sales progress, market expansion wins, and pipeline velocity.
- Works closely across product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure sales commitments translate into smooth delivery and client retention.
- Serves as the commercial voice in internal planning—ensuring client needs, feedback, and growth priorities are reflected in service evolution.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability across functions to deliver client impact at scale.
- Refines sales playbooks, pricing approaches, and partner models to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Brings a founder's mindset—experimenting quickly, improving processes, and maintaining speed while scaling.
- Continuously scans for global innovations in mental wellness, digital care, and workforce wellbeing to keep our organization ahead of the curve.
- Leads the wellness team toward commercial maturity—balancing mission with market-fit and margin growth.
